To: Pittston Township Board of Supervisors
You have the ability to change 4.62 acres that is surrounded by water and highway so that it can be used by and for Veterans. 755 Township Blvd is within your power to make it right.
That would be the patriotic and right thing to do. Remember - You never go wrong by doing RIGHT!
To give us the line that making this change would make it open to everyone is incorrect. As far as I know there is no other property surrounded by water and highway and no possible neighbors anywhere in the Pittston Township area.
Also every request for a change should be evaluated on its own merits and NOT without compromise. Veterans are involved, they are Our young people that YOU as citizens have asked to fight battles in Foreign lands and put their lives on the line each and every day, yet you deny them the respect and the chance at a better civilian life by your easy out decisions.
I request that you re-evaluate your hasty, weak, disrespectful and unpatriotic decision and make a decision that shows you three have a backbone and can do what your electorate elected you to do. Do what is right and moral.
I do expect a response within 7 days of receipt of this letter. Don't let Our Veterans Down!
